Okay, so I'm asking this because I believe that this is something that Tsunde would do and so I'm asking formally for permission to do it (since I'm guessing the staff is sort of the metaphoric representation of the elders):

Can Tsunade begiven the okay to promote Naruto from Gennin to Chuunin without the examination? He has proven himself time and time again and beyond a shadow of a doubt he is beyond ready to take on the responsibilites of the of a Chunnin.

EDIT: Also, are there any missions that I can hand out right now?

Frankly, I don't see anything wrong with that, but ultimately it's up to Omni or Orochimaru. As for missions, since that would likely get some RP action going, if you want I can whip some up real quick or dig out some old ones that I made.

I still hold off on the promotion thing until approved by others as well.

The missions would be great Anko. Someone wants to run a mission and I wouldn't mind handing out some more to other characters. I agree that it would promote RP from people.

It's fine by me though, for entertainment value, she could tell him he's exam to become Chuunin could to not eat Ramen for a week lol
